Helena, MT – Today, March 25th, at 2:00 P.M. in Missoula, Mayor Andrea Davis, doctors, and Montanans who started their family with IVF treatment will hold a press conference calling out Tim Sheehy’s refusal to support federal protections for IVF treatment.
Sheehy refused to support federal IVF treatment protections when asked by press and Montanans, dismissing concerns from Montana families. Last week he claimed via spokesperson that “no one is talking about banning [IVF].” This statement is a lie – one of Sheehy’s top endorsers, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA), has come out in support of blocking IVF treatment for American families.
This is not Sheehy’s first attack on reproductive freedoms. He has called abortion “murder” and supports a national abortion ban.
