Across the state, Montanans called out Sheehy’s devastating health care plan
Helena, MT – Mitch McConnell recruit Tim Sheehy can’t catch a break as Montanans learn more about his disastrous health care plan and conflicts of interest.
RURAL MONTANANS SOUND THE ALARM ABOUT “SHUTDOWN SHEEHY”
Rural Montanans in Red Lodge and Anaconda gathered to raise their concerns about Sheehy’s “pure privatization” health care plan, which would repeal the Affordable Care Act, eliminate Medicare, and shutter Montana’s rural hospitals.
“It’s hard to believe, but there are still some politicians talking about attacking the Affordable Care Act and the many benefits it has brought to rural communities,” said retired physician Dr. David Lehnherr. “I honestly don’t know how [Sheehy] can sleep at night. He’s one of those politicians who lives in a city and who hasn’t bothered to research how important rural hospitals are to the communities they serve.”

SHEEHY DUMPS CHINA-LINKED STOCK
On Monday, new reporting from HuffPost revealed that Sheehy sold “thousands of dollars’ worth of stock in companies with reported ties to the Chinese Communist Party,” before launching his Senate campaign.
Sheehy had invested in a Chinese technology corporation and companies “the U.S. has identified as threats to national security.” Sheehy’s China rhetoric on the campaign trail rings hollow as he cashes out on investments with deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
