Helena, MT – It was an absolutely brutal week of press for Tim Sheehy and his DC allies. From Sheehy ghosting a reporter asking about his $3,300 donation to Tim Scott’s presidential campaign, to a pro-Sheehy super PAC categorizing women’s gender as a “homemaker” or “working woman,” to a report that found Sheehy took nearly $1 million in COVID funds and lied about his business being “shut down, Sheehy can’t hide from damaging headlines.

SHEEHY: TIM SCOTT’S BIGGEST FAN

New reporting from POLITICO revealed that Sheehy donated $3,300, the maximum allowable amount. The donation came three days after Trump was first indicted on criminal charges in June. A month prior, Sheehy had pledged to support Trump “100 percent” following reporting that revealed Sheehy had given the maximum amount of $5,000 to Nikki Haley’s PAC after January 6th.

In a confounding turn of events, Sheehy appears to have listed his occupation as “Plane Crasher” when he made the donation – which was then corrected in the Scott presidential campaign’s amended filing to “Owner” of “Little Belt Cattle Company.”

Sheehy never returned POLITICO’s calls, texts, and emails – his silence speaks for itself.

PRO-SHEEHY SUPER PAC ASKS BIZARRE POLL QUESTION

new poll commissioned by pro-Sheehy super PAC More Jobs, Less Government is raising eyebrows for categorizing women’s gender as a “homemaker” or “working woman.” Notably, the poll seeks to attack fellow Montana Republican Matt Rosendale. All signs point towards Rosendale’s imminent Senate campaign announcement – which is the NRSC’s worst nightmare.

SHEEHY LIES TO JUSTIFY TAKING NEARLY $1 MILLION IN COVID FUNDS

Sheehy’s hypocrisy knows no limits. Despite repeatedly attacking federal COVID relief on the campaign trail, Sheehy took nearly $1 million in COVID funds and lied about his business being “shut down,” per new reporting from American Journal News.

Sheehy claimed that he needed the funding because his business, Bridger Aerospace, was “shut down.” This was a lie – “Bridger Aerospace was never shut down.” From 2018 to 2021, Bridger Aerospace received “multiple, multi-million dollar federal contracts,” which persisted throughout the pandemic.
