Helena, MT— The Montana Democratic Party’s Executive Director, Sheila Hogan, released the following statement regarding the Montana Supreme Court’s decision in Held v. Montana:

“The right to a clean and healthful environment is a sacred constitutional right for all Montanans. Today’s Montana Supreme Court decision is a historic victory for present and future generations and we congratulate the young Montanans for their hard work.”
