What exactly is our $2.2 million paying for?

Helena, MT – A records request by the Montana Free Press revealed the $2.2 million contract that consulting firm Alvarez and Marsal and the Gianforte Administration signed, giving control of the Montana State Hospital to A&M until June of next year. The firm put forward their “vision” of how they can deliver $2.2 million worth of “solutions.” Below is just one page of their proposal.
