NEW: Rosendale Votes AGAINST Lowering Gas Prices at the Pump
Helena, MT – In the House on Tuesday, Representative Rosendale voted against the Consumer Fuel Price Gouging Prevention Act, which would protect consumers from price-gouging of consumer fuels by large oil and gas corporations.
“It appears that Rep. Rosendale thinks his job is to complain about issues that affect hardworking Montana families, and then do absolutely nothing to actually address them,” says Sheila Hogan, executive director of the Montana Democratic Party. “Montanans elected him to get work done in Washington, and we’ll vote to replace him this November.”
This latest “No” vote from Rosendale follows a long spring of voting no. This year, Rosendale has voted NO on:
Addressing the formula shortage
capping the cost of insulin at $35 a month.
Against the American Rescue Plan, which has saved Montanans money on everything from their health care premiums to rent or mortgage to child care costs, and more.
