Microsite Comes as Kathleen Williams Rolls Out New TV, Radio Ads

Helena, MT – As Democratic candidate for U.S. House Kathleen Williams goes on air across Montana media markets with her first TV and radio ads of the cycle, the Montana Democratic Party is rolling out a new website aimed at educating Montana voters on Matt Rosendale’s abysmal record as a legislator and Insurance Commissioner.

The website, “marylandmatt.net,” sets the record straight on Rosendale’s Maryland roots, attacks on Montanans with pre-existing conditions, support for federal land transfers, opposition to benefits for Montana veterans, and more.

Polls have shown the race for Montana’s U.S. House seat in a dead heat, and Kathleen Williams has outraised her opponent nearly every fundraising period.“Montanans have repeatedly rejected Maryland Matt because they know he’s just a typical politician who moved to Montana to jumpstart his political career. Everything he does shows that he’s out-of-touch on the issues that matter to Montanans,” said MDP Communications Director Nathan Stein. “Come November, they’re going to choose Kathleen Williams, a dedicated public servant with a proven track record of bringing people together to get things done for Montanans.”
