Helena, MT – Happy Labor Day to everyone but multimillionaire Tim Sheehy.

This Labor Day, Sheehy is facing a lawsuit because he and his brother may have “defrauded two former employees out of a share of their company that is worth millions, according to a lawsuit filed in Gallatin County District Court.”

These employees believe the Sheehy brothers “improperly forced them to sell or convert their vested stock ownership in the company — which the suit claims could be worth millions of dollars.”

While Sheehy got richer and richer, his employees say they lost out – Sheehy is only out for himself.
